Greene’s Field Needham – Go Green St. Patrick’s Day Party!

The Greene’s Field Fundraising Committee and its partner, the Needham Sports Council have a very special event planned for Saturday March 16, 2013. The Go Green St. Patrick’s Day Party and Auction will be located at Needham Town Hall. The Needham Sports Council will include our auction donation for Y3K Tutor In Your Home’s Needham tutoring and test prep services in support of the Greene’s Field revitalization project.

Your bid at the auction will go a long way in helping to rebuild and revitalize Greene’s Field in downtown Needham. With our auction donation and your bid, we will be closer to reaching the goal of recreating Greene’s Field as a destination park. We will make it a place to meet other families at the playground, a place for a quiet stroll, a place to shoot some basketball, watch a Needham Little League game, or a place to meet a coworker for lunch.

Greene’s Field Needham MA – Building Excitement… Again!

The Greene’s Field Committee of Needham, MA has teamed up with Y3K Tutor In Your Home for fundraising for a brand new Greene’s Field park. During the months of November and December, Y3K Tutor In Your Home will donate 10% of all tutoring receipts from new Needham clients. Y3K Tutor In Your Home educates special ed. and regular ed. students from pre-kindergarten to adult in all subjects including English, writing and math. The united goal is to create a Greene’s Field that becomes a Needham destination that the entire town would enjoy and be proud of. Save A Dog – Sudbury MA

Y3K Tutor In Your Home has donated to yet another great cause. Save A Dog of Sudbury, MA will be running their Annual Benefit Auction. Save A Dog’s mission is to help adoptable, friendly dogs find permanent homes in the New England area. Many of their dogs require above-the-ordinary medical attention before they can go home. Private donations and fundraisers are their only source of funding. Y3K Tutor In Your Home and Save A Dog would greatly appreciate your support at their up coming auction.

HOPE Sudbury Telethon & Auction

Y3K Tutor In Your Home will be donating some of our Sudbury tutoring and test prep expertise to the Hope Sudbury Telethon & Auction. This year the Hope Sudbury Telethon & Auction will be airing on Sudbury TV (Comcast 8/Verizon 31) and also streamed live online. Instead of waiting for the Y3K Tutor In Your Home Sudbury tutoring and test prep donation to air live, feel free to check us out in the Hope Sudbury Auction Guide. Under the “Kid’s Stuff” section on page 38 you will find the Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring donation. Look for #750 and make sure you bid for our tutoring services on November 3rd.

The money raised from the Hope Sudbury Telethon & Auction will be used to fund their signature program, the Hope Fund. The Hope Fund supports Sudbury residents who are struggling financially. In fact in 2011 alone, 69 Sudbury families turned to the Hope Fund for support. Together Y3K Tutor In Your Home and your auction bids can help bring out the best in the Sudbury community while supporting others in need.

Needham Steps Up Dinner and Silent Auction

On October 22nd, approximately 200+ members of the Needham, MA community will come together to help bridge the opportunity gap for income eligible Needham Public School students through mentoring and educational support. Needham Steps Up will be having a dinner and silent auction at the Sheraton Needham Hotel at 6:30 pm.
Y3K Tutor In Your Home is proud to support another Needham, MA organization that helps young people. We plan to donate our tutoring and test prep services to the Needham Steps Up auction. Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee’s (WEEFC) Annual Autumn Auction

Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee’s (WEEFC’s) Annual Autumn Auction will take place this year on Saturday, October 20 at 6:00 pm. Again Y3K Tutor In Your Home will be donating free tutoring to this important Weston fundraising auction that is being held at the Rivers School. Besides the auction, this event will feature cocktails, dinner, and dancing. All proceeds from this event will be used to fund enrichment programming benefiting each and every student in the Weston Public Schools pre-K through grade 12.

Newton Harvest Fair – Children’s Cooperative Nursery School

The Children’s Cooperative Nursery School in Newton, MA will be having their annual fall fundraiser on Sunday October 14th at the Newton Harvest Fair. This will be a silent auction taking place on the Newton Centre Green. When attending the auction, be sure to bid on the Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring that will be up for grabs. By participating, we hope to help three and four year old children and their families from the Newton area. This fundraiser ensures that the children of families needing financial support will be able to enjoy the important experience of preschool education. Money raised from the Y3K Tutor In Your Home auction donation and other items will help defray the tuition costs for families who are less able to pay.
