Caffeine & Sugar
Energy drinks & coffee can make a student’s bad situation worse. Y3K Tutor In Your Home says the bad outweighs good for caffeine & sugar.
Kids should not eat foods with sugar/caffeine too close to bedtime. They can cause a lack of sleep. This can hurt their focus in school.
A good breakfast is important. Avoid sugar cereals as they can produce negative results academically.
