SAT or ACT? Which is better?
SAT – no science
ACT – includes science
SAT – essay writing mandatory
ACT – no essay writing (optional)
SAT – points taken off
ACT – guessing is ok as points are not taken off
There you have it. We recommend your student choose the test that plays more towards their strengths. If you want to avoid science, go with the SAT.
