About 2 weeks ago, I tried out the Y3K Tutor In Your Home tutoring service not knowing anything about the service or its tutors.  I needed a tutor to help me with the math portion of the TEAS nursing exam.  I met with the owner and was absolutely impressed and happy with the service that I received.  He went out of his way to work around my schedule.  He accurately observed my strengths and weaknesses and developed a plan of attack that best suited me and my study habits.  He also was able to breakdown each formula and put it into very simple terms/steps that were easy for me to execute.  After the test, I relayed the good news of my 10 point jump from the previous test result to him and he was really pleased to hear about my success.  I am very content with my experience with my tutor.  I highly recommend and I will be going back any chance I get.

Y3K Tutor In Your Home is a wonderful in home tutoring service. The owner tutors my daughter, Maya. She loves math but needed some math skills reinforced and a challenge as well. He has a wonderful teaching method and helps break down material for better understanding. He brings many approaches to the table and will use the best method for your child. Maya enjoys her tutoring sessions with him.

Hardy Elementary School in Wellesley will be having their Hardy School Auction this coming Sunday.  Y3K Tutor In Your Home of Wellesley donated tutoring and test preparation services to the auction.  Our contribution and your bids will allow them to ensure a quality education for future generations.  The funds raised at the auction will provide for everything from library books to supplemental programs and activities that make the Hardy School an exciting and inspiring place to learn.

Newton-Wellesley Hospital

There will be a silent auction for the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Annual Gala.  This year’s event will help shed light on opioid and substance use disorders in our community.  With the Y3K Tutor In Your Home auction donation, they will be able to support the launch of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital’s multidisciplinary service dedicated to preventing and treating substance use disorders.
