SAT – no science

ACT – includes science

ACT – guessing is ok as points are not taken off

There you have it. We recommend your student choose the test that plays more towards their strengths. If you want to avoid science, go with the SAT. The short answer is that these tests have slightly different requirements so you would want to choose the test that plays into your student’s strengths.
